La longitud de tus brazos se mide, con el brazo extendido y hacia abajo, desde la base de la clavícula en el hombro hasta tus muñecas.

Toma de referencia el hueso que se siente en los hombros (clavículas) y mide de uno a otro para saber la amplitud de tu espalda.

Mide rodeando el área desde la parte más amplia, un poco debajo del hueso de la cadera, por sobre las pompis y justo debajo de tu vientre.
(E) PIERNA
Esto será la altura del pantalón; se mide desde la parte interna de la pierna (talle del pantalón) hasta el tobillo.
